Our esteemed owner and jewelry designer, Arthur Hratch Torossian, provides our discerning clientele in the Brea and Mission Viejo areas with exceptional jewelry and timepieces of the highest quality. His passion for fine jewelry began as a child when he would spend hours at his Uncle Joseph’s jewelry store in Beirut to study the art he created. At the age of 18, he began pursuing his own jewelry designing dreams in Liberia. He eventually opened his first store there, and was creating pieces inspired by the beauty and culture of the continent of Africa. His artistic perspective took form as he utilized materials like ivory, gold, diamonds, tanzanite, and tourmaline. In 1982, he opened the doors of Swiss Watch Gallery and Fine Jewelry in Laguna Hills, awing his customers with pieces inspired by his travels in Africa, Morocco, and Italy. Torossian began relationships with a number of reputable timepiece brands and began to carry them in his store. He felt that the precision and style that characterized high end watches of the time extraordinarily complemented his jewelry selection. In 2008, he expanded by opening a beautiful gallery in San Diego. It was located in La Jolla. The success of that location enabled Swiss Watch Gallery and Fine Jewelry. to expand in 2010 to the Mission Viejo Mall. In 2018, Arthur wanted to expand to northern Orange County/ southern L.A. County and opened a beautiful store in the heart of Brea. Where he continues to represent Rolex, TUDOR and Omega alongside his one-of-a-kind fine jewelry.
